How to enter Nokia Unlock codes

Model : Most Nokia’s (excluding BB5 Models)

1. Switch ON your Nokia phone without a SIM Card
2. Enter the +7 code ( e.g. #PW+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX+7# ) –  (XXX’s = being the unlock code)

Important Note: If your model is a Nokia BB5 Model then you need to enter #PW+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX+1#

The letter P will appear after quickly pressing the star button ( * ) 3 times
The letter W will appear after quickly pressing the star button ( * ) 4 times
The letter + will appear after quickly pressing the star button ( * ) 2 times

1. The phone should show the message “SIM Restriction Off” or a similar message to confirm that is it unlocked!
2. You will not need to enter any of the other codes but it will not harm your Nokia phone if you choose to enter all the codes we sent you.

If nothing happens after you enter the full unlocking code, re-enter the code using these alternative method.

Alternative method 1: Most Nokia Phone Models

1. Switch ON your Nokia phone with a sim card that it does NOT accept
2. The Nokia phone will either prompt you for a restriction code or give you the option to
   click on “undo”
3. Now re-enter the unlock code and you should get the message “SIM Restriction Off” or
   a similar message.
4. You will not need to enter any of the other codes but it will not harm your Nokia phone if you
   choose to enter all the codes we sent you.

Alternative method 2: Newer Nokia Models

1. Switch ON your Nokia phone with a sim card that it accepts and allow the phone to load to
   the main screen
2. Now type the unlock code and press the green call button to enter it (you may not need to hit
   the green button)
3. You should get the message “SIM Restriction Off” or a similar message to confirm that the
   phone is now unlocked.
4. You will not need to enter any of the other codes but it will not harm your phone if you choose
   to enter all the codes we sent you.
5. If the #PW+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX+7# does not work try the PW+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX+1
