2. Nokia Unlock software/Nokia unlock code generator
This method uses unlocking software which you download and install onto your PC and then connect your phone via USB. The unlock software with either directly remove the simlock/network lock from your phone or read/generate and display the unlock code for you to enter into the phone.
What is the Nokia PUK Code?
PUK stands for Personalized Unblocking Code and should not be confused with the Unlock code. If you have entered your personal pin incorrectly after a number of attempts, it will prompt you for the Nokia PUK code. This acts as a security/anti-theft feature on your Nokia phone and only your service provider can supply the PUK code for your Nokia. You will need to contact them and pass a few security checks/question to verify that your are the owner of the phone. We cannot provide the PUK code for your Nokia.
